Shipping & Handling Policy

At Truth or Dare Intimates, we work hard to ensure that your order is processed and shipped quickly, safely, and with care. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

Shipping Information

  • We currently ship only within the United States.
  • All orders are shipped from Jacksonville, Florida.
  • Standard orders are shipped via USPS First-Class or Priority Mail and typically arrive within 2–5 business days.
  • Orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding Friday through Sunday).
    Orders placed over the weekend will be processed Monday morning.
  • Shipping timelines are estimated, not guaranteed, and do not include weekends or holidays.
  • Once your order is fulfilled, no changes can be made.

Pre-Order Policy

  • Pre-order items are typically delivered within 1–2 weeks of the estimated shipping date provided in the product description.
  • If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the full order will be held and shipped together once the pre-order item is available.
  • If you’d like your in-stock items shipped separately, please email us at truthordareintimates@gmail.com 
    Orders must be $75+ to qualify for a split shipment.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your USPS tracking number.
  • Use this number to track your package directly via the USPS website or tracking tool.
  • If you do not receive tracking within 48 hours of order confirmation (excluding weekends), please check your spam folder or contact us.

🚫 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Truth or Dare Intimates is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout.

In the event of a delivery issue:

  • We will confirm the delivery status, address, tracking history, and carrier info.
  • After confirmation, we cannot issue refunds or replacements for lost/stolen packages once marked as delivered.
  • If your package is lost or stolen, please contact USPS directly to file a claim.
